The Range Rover Sport and the full-size Range Rover are separate vehicles in our fitment catalogue. The current Sport record allows Dog Steps to be specified, subject to fit review. The full-size Range Rover's lower tailgate uses the Pull-Out System route.
We do not carry a full-size Range Rover installation across to a Sport. We check the boot opening, lashing points and clearance on your vehicle.

Range Rover Sport
Current model
Both 56 and 86 cm widths can be specified, subject to review of the boot opening before manufacture. This is not a confirmed installation for every vehicle.

The 56 cm system can mount left, centrally or right, subject to the reviewed setup. The 86 cm system mounts centrally and needs a boot opening of at least 900 mm. Consider the dog's approach and the space needed for luggage or a cushion.
The Sport uses the standard right-hand handle. Its mounting frame is secured to the existing boot lashing points. No drilling or permanent modification is needed, and the system is removable without tools.

The catalogue's Sport record describes the current generation. It is not evidence of a confirmed fit for every previous generation. Tell us the year and any changes to the loadspace so we can review your car separately.
If the selector asks for a manual review, send a boot-opening photograph and measurement before ordering. We will confirm the right product and installation.
