Guaranteed to fit your confirmed vehicle. If it does not, we will put it right or refund you.

Your vehicle details and configuration are reviewed by a specialist before manufacture begins.

What a confirmed fit means

A fit is confirmed by Dog&Drive, not assumed by the website. A specialist checks the make, model, year and configuration recorded with your order against the vehicle records, and the frame is then specified and set for that car.

No drilling, cutting or permanent alteration is required to fit any system in the range. Manufacture begins only once the check is complete, and if a vehicle detail raises a question we contact you before anything is built.

If a confirmed fit turns out to be wrong

If a system we have confirmed does not fit the vehicle it was confirmed for, we put it right. Depending on what the problem is, that means adjusting the mounting frame, supplying a corrected part, or replacing the system.

If we cannot resolve the fit, you receive a refund.

What the promise depends on

The promise covers the vehicle you told us about. It does not cover a fit affected by information that was inaccurate or incomplete when the order was confirmed, by loadspace modifications that were not disclosed (such as a fitted liner, load platform, aftermarket floor or towing electrics box), or by a change of vehicle after confirmation.

If your vehicle changes, or you find something in the loadspace we have not seen, tell us. A frame specified for one vehicle can often be re-set for a similar one, and it is far easier to do that before the system is built.

How to start a fit claim

Start a fit claim from your account, or through the returns form, using your order reference. Photographs of the system in the vehicle help us diagnose it quickly.

A member of the team handles the claim directly and confirms with you what happens next, including any collection or return arrangements, before anything is collected.

Your statutory rights

This promise is in addition to your rights under UK consumer law. It does not reduce or replace them, and nothing here affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
